 This is sure to please the chef who has everything. A full half pound of nature's most precious bounty, the elusive Morel. These probably took some seasoned mushroom hunter a whole day and a ton of luck to find! A half pound of morels will last a good six months and equips the chef with an absolute necessity. Ours are gathered in the woodlands of the Pacific Northwest.
