Porcine mushroom powder is used by fine restaurant
chefs to make sauces for pork, chicken or filet mignon.
Deglaze your pan with a tablespoon or so of powder, add
a little wine (red) is best, a little water and cook it down
to a lovely sauce that coats the spoon. Add a pinch lemon
zest, Voila!
